Our Executive Management Team (EMT) is the executive decision-making body on Rovensa bringing expertise and strategic direction to every facet of our operations, steering our Group towards continued growth and long-term success.
Javier has been Rovensa CEO since 2023. He has a broad business acumen across multiple sectors and in leading highly qualified teams. Before joining Rovensa, Javier was CEO of Solaris, a leader in sustainable transport, and was a partner at Bain & Company, a leading global strategic consulting company. He has deep experience in managing scale transformations and delivering high growth projects at an international level.

João entered the Group in 2017 to create the M&A team. Since then, he completed several value-adding acquisitions, crucial to accelerate Rovensa’s growth and its portfolio. He has a large international experience in M&A advisory services and investment banking. Today, João is Rovensa Next's Chief Product Officer.

João entered the Group in 2017 to create the M&A team. Since then, he completed several value-adding acquisitions, crucial to accelerate Rovensa’s growth and its portfolio. He has a large international experience in M&A advisory services and investment banking. Today, João is Rovensa Next's Chief Product Officer.
João joined Rovensa at 1995 and led the operational transformation of the business as Strategic Marketing Director from 2012 to 2017 when was appointed to lead the Crop Protection division, in 2017.

Nuno joined Rovensa in 2002, as Executive Director of the bionutrition unit. In 2011 he became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Rovensa. He has over 25 years of experience in international management in high growth environments, both in financial and operational leadership roles. Today Nuno Loureiro also leads the Sustainability Department.

He has over 25 years of experience in international management in high growth environments, both in financial and operational leadership roles. Today Nuno Loureiro also leads the Sustainability Department.
Rafael Gómez joined Rovensa Group in 2025 with more than 25 years of experience in international human resources management and organizational development in various sectors. His role encompasses leading Rovensa Group’s Human Resources teams to create a supportive and dynamic work environment across the globe.
